2024-25 Housing Applications
We are not currently accepting applications from students who do not have a housing requirement. Students who have housing requirement should contact us by email to inquire about availability.
Spring 2025
- First Year students: You will receive notification by email when the housing portal is open for you in mid October. Take a look at our web page for First Year students for helpful info!
- New Transfer Students: You will receive notification by email when the portal is open in mid October. Space for transfer students is very limited, and assignments are made on a Space-Available basis in late December.
- Off-campus Students: Please contact us in mid October for access to the portal. Please not that space for Spring will be very limited and assignments are made in late December on a Space-Available basis.
Grad students: We do not offer graduate housing in residence halls. Please visit the SMU Apartments website for information and the application.
